I have a question…Ive been having feelings when I wake up of suffocating…las night I woke seeing three scenes…1 being buried alive in a coffin..someone putting a ziplock bag over my head..3 on a cookie sheet being put in a ziplock bag and panicing…as I woke up telling myself its not real Im ok…
Can this be from child hood sexual abuse…
